Terms
emojibid.lol sells listings on a leaderboard we own and operate. You are buying an emoji and a position on that board. You are not buying advertising placement on any third party, and no part of your payment is passed to anyone else.
What a claim gives you
The emoji is permanent. Claiming an unowned emoji makes it yours for as long as the service runs. Nobody can take it from you at any price, we will not resell it, and no second owner of the same emoji is possible.
The position is not. The board is ordered by the total you have paid, so anyone can pay past you and take a higher place. Payments accumulate, so you may top up at any time to climb again. Losing position is the service working as described, not a fault — losing the emoji cannot happen at all.
A listing shows your brand name, an optional tagline, a logo and a link to your site.
Prices
Most emoji cost $1 to claim. A curated group of the most sought-after ones costs more — $2 or $3 — and the price for the emoji you have chosen is shown on the claim form before you pay. Those are minimums: you may pay more, and what you pay decides where you land on the board. We may change prices, but never for an emoji already claimed.
Not every emoji is available yet
Some of the most sought-after emoji are released on a schedule rather than all at once. An emoji that has not been released cannot be claimed by anyone, including us, and its page shows when it opens. Nothing you pay reserves an unreleased emoji, and the claim form will refuse one.
What you may put on the board
Your brand name, tagline, logo and link must not be unlawful, deceptive, sexually explicit, hateful, or point to malware, phishing or a site that misrepresents what it is. We may remove any listing that breaches this, or that we reasonably believe damages the board, at our discretion and without notice. Removal does not automatically entitle you to a refund — see Refunds.
Availability
We make no uptime guarantee, and we do not guarantee any number of clicks, impressions or business outcomes from your listing. Click counts shown on the board are our own measurement, deduplicated per visitor per hour and filtered for obvious automated traffic; they will not match third-party analytics exactly and are not warranted as exact.
Payments
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, who act as merchant of record. Their terms apply to the transaction itself, and taxes are calculated and collected by them. All amounts on the board are in US dollars.
Changes
We may change these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page, and continuing to hold a listing after a change means you accept it. We may discontinue the service; if we do, we will say so on the site.
