Terms
emojibid.lol sells listings on a leaderboard we own and operate. You are buying a position on that board and the emoji attached to it. You are not buying advertising placement on any third party, and no part of your payment is passed to anyone else.
What you get
A listing showing your chosen emoji, brand name, an optional tagline and a link to your site. Your emoji is unique to you: once claimed, nobody else can take it. Your rank is not permanent — it is determined by the total amount you have paid, and anyone who pays more moves above you. Positions 1–10 additionally carry a rank badge, which belongs to the position rather than to you.
What you may put on the board
Your brand name, tagline and link must not be unlawful, deceptive, sexually explicit, hateful, or point to malware, phishing or a site that misrepresents what it is. We may remove any listing that breaches this, or that we reasonably believe damages the board, at our discretion and without notice. Removal does not automatically entitle you to a refund — see Refunds.
Availability
We make no uptime guarantee, and we do not guarantee any number of clicks, impressions or business outcomes from your listing. Click counts shown on the board are our own measurement, deduplicated per visitor per hour and filtered for obvious automated traffic; they will not match third-party analytics exactly and are not warranted as exact.
Payments
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, who act as merchant of record. Their terms apply to the transaction itself, and taxes are calculated and collected by them. All amounts on the board are in US dollars.
Changes
We may change these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page, and continuing to hold a listing after a change means you accept it. We may discontinue the service; if we do, we will say so on the site.
